Firmware Flasher

Securely install official firmware directly from ConsoleNinjas.

Before you begin

  1. Make sure the controller is completely turned off.
  2. Hold HOME + D-pad Right for 2 seconds to enter config mode.
  3. Connect the controller directly to this computer with a USB data cable.
  4. Click Connect controller and approve the browser prompt.
  5. Select an available firmware channel, then flash and wait for the controller to reboot.
Chrome or Edge on HTTPS is required. Firmware remains encrypted for this specific controller while the browser relays it. A disconnect and reconnect during reboot is expected.
